One important part of starting your reseller hosting business is to protect your name. With registering your domain name be sure to also file for a DBA (Doing Business As) also called Fictitious Name Registration. You can achieve this by contacting your local newspaper. They will file the DBA with the County Clerk and publish it 4 times as required. The whole process can take up to 4 weeks, so don't start to late.

Now you need to create your Web Site. You can design your own.

Now you should apply for a Merchant or PayPal account. Personally we believe a Merchant account will look much more Professional than if you only offer payment via PayPal but the monthly cost of having a merchant account can matter in the beginning while the PayPal account is free. We offer both Payment methods to accommodate a broader variety of clients.
This will enable you to take credit cards online. The Merchant/Paypal account will capture the funds and deposit it into your bank account (personal or business) minus the normal fees.
